I was playing my brother's Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition, and I played so much that Disc 2 of it scratched badly. It's too badly scratched to read the game now. My question is, for my saved game to transfer over to a new disc, do I need to buy the Collector's version, or will the regular version work? Thanks.

I should think a normal ME2 disc should work fine on the assumption that the only real difference between the normal edition and Collectors' edition are the promo dlcs.
