i follow all the directions but keep getting an error when trying to uninstall    ``exception occurred while initializing the installation: configuration system failed system.configuration.configurationerrorsexception: configuration system failed to initialize.     not sure what im doing wrong

You can't have three threads all active all at the same time about the same thing.  Two must be locked.  You pick one to pursue, else Raen or another of the moderators will have to do so for you.

I apologize Gorath, but Im not sure what you mean by "locked". I am new to posting in these forums and not very computer savvy.
