... from an existing character save?

Baiscally, I want to start a character over (don't have an early enough save game) but maybe make a few tweaks ot the face with the in-game creator.

I played around with the DA Toolset a little, but it likes to crash every 5 minutes >_<

So anyone know if what I'd like to do is, well, doable?
