In Act 3 I just got the Ravaini Talisman so I could give it to Isabela before doing her quest but the scenes are switching up. When I go into The Hanged Man and try to give her the gift I instead get the scene where she asks for help with Castillion. I have never gotten this bug before in any of my playthroughs, has anyone else? Perhaps it has something to do with the new patch?
I tried searching through some of the other posts but wasn't able to find anything related to this glitch. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Beat the quest and see if you can give it to her afterward.

I can still give her the gift after the conversation. I just thought it was wierd that the two scenes were getting glitched like that when its never happened before. I give her the gift first because the romance line is about lust and not love; but after you do her quest she confesses to falling in love with Hawke(if you romance her). To me it makes more sense to do it in that order.
