first of all
go to

http://help.dragonage.com

there click on EMAIL US
log in

after you log in chooce to e-mail EA

in the mail

provide the following

your EMAIL adress (which must be the same as you ahve linked to your psn/ea account)
the codes you have redeemed that has given you nothing (I provided them with the codes and what each code was supposed to give me, ie dragon armour etc.)
your birthday (this so they can verify that it is you and just someone to try and scam the codes)

end the mail with the story "you have redeemd the codes but u can't get the downloads, they occur on this page on your profile but not on your ps3"

SEND!

That is what all should do 'til they fix this! its a major f*ck up they have done here but all must contribute with their codes so this is getting solved fast.

This is something we shouldn't have to do. Though we might have to. BioWare should just give out all the DLC for free.. Just because they've managed to **** it all up.. ****s..

/me is pissed off as well, I really don't want to spend 30 bucks rebuying the Stonewarrior DLC thing since mine failed :S.

I know this is something we shouldn't have to do but Im afraid that there is not much to do otherwise than to be on EA's but to fix this, its not BioWares fault that this is messed up, its EA that is running the servers its EA that has mesed it up, though it seems that this has just struck us European ps3 users.



My investigation with EA is not yet resolved btw, they have notified me that this seems to be something that goes deeper than what they expected.

the DLC annoys the living sh!t outta me, it ain't working for me and for the first time in history I am really royally pissed at a BIOWARE product! ....and they used to be so sensible and release quality, everything good goes to hell in the end.

Blame EA for Bioware's corruption.



I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Bioware go the same way as Black Isle.

I wouldn't stomp EA too badly. EA has been a pretty awesome publisher over the last two years. Activision has taken up their past role in the gaming industry. I talked to the guys via live help chat and they said that it is fully unlocked on my account but for some random reason it isn't showing up on my download screen. So the superiors are going to have a look and it should hopefully get fixed in 24-48 hours.

This is Ea's fault and not BioWares, it is EA that runs the servers it is EA that has the support, remember BioWare was bought by EA.

BioWare has provied their share of the deal, they have made all the DLC but its EA that can't run the bloody thing so we can get what we should have.

To be really honest: That's the standard answer you get for any problem that can not be solved by 'restart your game' or 'reinstall your game'.

UPDATE: How To Obtain the Memory Band for those that hasn't seen this "trick"



I saw some other using giving out this option aswell and I tried it and it worked for me



Log onto your PSN Store and go to search mode

put in the word "dragon" and start searching, u will get some hits on other games aswell but just start to scroll down and u will get to see warden's keep etc.

after this the memory band will be there along with a few other free items aswell. I downloaded the memory band and two other rings, some neckleces and boots and a helmet.

all free!



this is not a joke... It at least works here in Sweden

I got the problem with my stone prisoner DLC promo code, it was there when i first type in the code, then I redeem the blood dragon armor code, it's gone,.... no trace and i don't feel like paying for it when i was suppose to get it for free.

candy: follow the trick provied one post over yours and I think u are able to get the dragon armour that way aswell

Just got my collector's edition today, and what do you know, the DLC system is useless. I entered my code, nothing happened. I entered it again and I know all I get is the invalid code message. It seems as though my codes been used the first time I entered it but I've received nothing. What a joke.

I'd try searching for it, but the Belgian PSN doesn't even have a search function available yet.. Either that or it's somehow disabled on my system, which I can't see the why or how that would happen..

have you looked in the upper corner of psn? its right beside the "redeem code" button

oh well, I hope that you all at leat are reporting everything to EA so they speed up the process in fixing this. They still haven't updated my filed issue at their place yet. I think they really don't know what has happend yet since they haven been able to fix it
