Hi everyone, recently I activated the cerberus network on my 360, which worked. I downloaded the normandy crash site mission, but when I go ingame I can't find it anywhere. I look in my journal and at the map etc., I don't know how to start the mission! There is probably a really simple way of starting it but I can't figure it out and it's very frustrating!

Depends how far in the game you are. Seeing you only registered the day you posted the above message I am tempted to assume you have only just began to play ME2 (I could be wrong of course).
The game is rigid until you complete Freedom's Progress; after that you can choose where to go. If memory serves I think it's somewhere near the top of the galaxy map screen. Everything should be signposted.
Now, if for whatever reason the game doesn't seem to be registering the content I would first of all check in the game menu to see if the Cerberus Network associated dlc are downloaded according to the game. If they are perhaps you just need to restart your 360.
Eliminate the obvious things first, and if you're still having trouble then we'll see what other suggestions there are available to you.

I completed the game 6 months ago so it's probably not to do with game progress. I just only connected to cerberus yesterday.
I will try rebooting etc. first and then get back to you.

Check your mail, most of the mission DLC strat here.

If you have completed the game then it isn't a game progress thing, which would rule out one of the simple things.
Some users have noted an apparent problem with the Cerberus Network recently, so it is possible that the problem is connected with the servers. If so you'd have to wait until that gets sorted out.
