Geting the Illusive Man eyes

I was able to change the eyes to the illusive man eyes, but...... They are red and I have been trying to figure out how to get them to change to a color. Any color.  They stay red.  Help anyone??Posted Image

I tend to follow the [1] instructions and they tend to work... it would help if you told us what exactly you did, though, since divination isn't my strongest subject.

Do you mean, you are a renegade or that you modded your game?

Or is this one of those troll threads were you pretend to be really slow and dimwitted and we all have a good laugh at the act.

In case you really are dim-witted, you don't get the Illusive Man's eyes. You get glowing red evil-looking cybernetic eyes and scars if you do a lot of Renegade stuff. That is all.

You get TIM eyes if you edit some stuff in gibbed as per [1] in my signature. I have heard of some issues with that hack that will lead to red eyes so this is a legitimate question. Oh, and you probably need to change EYE_iris_color_vector to Emis_Color

@ AlexMBrennan - Yes, I used Gibbed to mod my game. I added the 1) Eye_Diff and 2) Eye_ Spec under the texture area (with the Illusive Man BIO........) In the Vector I changed the Eye_Iris to Eye_Emis and chose the white color, but still get the red Illusive Man Eyes.

To Be more precise, this is what I did:

Open save in Save Editor. Change to Raw tab.

Expand Squad > Player > Appearance > Morph Head > Texture Parameters.

Open the Texture Parameters list. Add two new entries as follows:

code:

Name: EYE_Diff
Value: BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Diff

code:

Name: EYE_Spec
Value: BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Spec

Open the Vector Parameters list.

Change the Eye_Iris to Eye_Emis and put in your eye color (RGB A)

Aw man! I was hoping for an article about gouging TIM's eyes out.

I was gonna reccomend a very rusty spoon...

In the vector section where you changed EYE_Iris_Color_Vector to Emis_Color change the VALUE to what ever colors you wish, some samples are

Green Eyes (very green)
A (leave as is)
B 0.7999998
G 1.98588979
R 0.388999075

Brown eyes
A (leave as is)
B 0.05284163
G 0.136098564
R 0.511397839

Experimenting is fun :)

My husband (this is his account) bought Mass Effect 1 & 2 but never really finished a char. I tried Mass Effect 1 (finished it) and imported my FemShep into Mass Effect 2 (and finished it). Kept everyone alive on the second try, lol. Lost Tali on the first run through, but I didnt realize I needed to keep her with me at the last area of the suicide mission.

Now I am obsessed with making the perfect characters to play.

Thanks to All for helping me figure this out:

To get the Illusive Mans Eyes:

Open save in Save Editor. Change to Raw tab.

Open the Vector Parameters list.

Change the "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector" to "Emis_Color" and put in any color code you want.

My mistake was changing Iris to Emis only that is wrong.

Change the whole code to "Emis_Color" not EYE_Emis_Colour_Vector, just Emis_Color. Very simple. LOL Duh!!

I just tried this but didn't get illusive man's eyes at all the eye color just changed but look normal... Do you need to do something else as well?

I got the eyes to stop being read.. but now the glowy bits on my armor are the same color as my eyes. which looks rather silly.
I'll try some stuff, might be a mod that makes it behave like that.
