Yeah, that's but a minor annoyance for me, since putting it in a frame keeps it flat.

Leonia42 I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the exact same thing happened to me and MSparky when we tried the first time. I couldn't remove the second one from my cart as two were added during some kind of server glitch. When I removed the only one removeable and carried this through it didn't register as an item in my cart and had no value listed for payment, despite "being" in my cart. I had to sign out and sign in again, which cleared the error and my cart. I was then able to add a fresh one into a new order and went through the whole thing again. After 10 mins of resubmitting it went though.

I would recommend keeping an eye on your email and try signing out and in again.

Thanks for the info, I will try this, been watching my e-mail like a hawk. I wonder if any people accidently got more than one due the errors?

THBS are using a completely new packaging for this litho.

First time I added the litho to my cart (the second they went up on the store), it threw up an error that said the store was performing maintenance. Went back, tried again, same thing. Looked in my cart, both items had been added but without remove buttons. Panicked for a sec... Then logged out and back in. Both had now disappeared from the cart, and I could add one as normal.

Clicked on checkout... Hadn't added by security number on credit card, and took me aaages to figure that out. Sigh. Can't remember what the error message said, but it wasn't really clear.

Then got the "Your order was not placed" message a bunch of times as I kept hitting submit. Didn't realise the order had gone through 'til I checked email. Suddenly, all contents of my cart had disappeared and I thought I'd been screwed over. But it actually went through, despite not saying so.

So yeah... Just parroting other people's experiences really, but thought it was worth mentioning in case something similar happens to anyone else during the second wave of this litho. Pain in the arse, but what can you do.

At least one poster so farm has stated that they have recieved two order conformation emails. So if you aren't busy it might be useful to keep and eye on the store just in case it pops up again as a returns.

Although there is no guareentee if or when that will happen. This lithograph buying business is a recipe for a heart condition.

Even though in my account I have only the last order (just the Team litho) showing up. In my credit card there are 3 orders pending, 2 are for $113, because initially I ordered a 2-pack minis too.

I haven't got my confirmation email yet <_<

SniperREX my thinking is that these will be removed from your card when things reset themselves. I had an issue this week in fact at the supermarket where my debit card wouldn't process a payment. It was a bank holiday and the volume of traffic on the card network was very heavy. I tired 3 different times and eventually resorted to cash. When I checked my account it had shown that I had been debited for groceries 3 times. This was a few days ago, when I checked my account again, there was no record of the card being used and no money debited.

It probably will right itself in a day or two but you should check with your bank to be sure.

Haha...yeah....I was constantly refreshing the submit order page, and it just so happened they came in stock...I think my heart just skipped a beat.

Yeah, I know. It's not a big deal, being a CC I don't have money tied up and that CC is very far from being close to the limit.

I'm just hoping that I can make go through the first order for $113, so I can get a lower number

And good luck to all during the next release...helps to remember that no other store has to deal with the sudden influx of 2-4 thousand people jumping onto their server during a single specific time. THBS/Bioware tries, and it's certainly in their interest to keep trying to please...

Got really lucky, had the cannot process your order over and over and never actually saw a success screen. But when I checked my email though, there's a confirmation email in my inbox. But man that error sucked. I was about to write a rage post when I saw my order confirmation. Hopefully others with that error get a surprise confirmation email.

Ms. Domino, I'm fairly certain I might have submitted multiple orders, but only have one confirmation, so I think I'm safe. But for those that submitted multiple orders by accident, can we please have confirmation that they will be reduced to one rather than cancelled entirely?

I am keeping the item in my checkout so when I get home, all i have to do is re-submit the order then it should all be good. If I don't get one on the second release I will be gravely dissapointed, but it will give me more money to start working on my science project at least...

Not to be a jerk but what does "Pending Fulfillment" mean?
I never got a confirmation screen on the store but I got an email from paypal.
Now my status of an order says that. It hasn't charged me i dont think, so i'm a tad confused. thanks.,

"Pending fulfilment" indicates that you have one allocated but it's yet to be sent out: that'll happen on the 1st of July.

Well, it's unfortunate that a site bug is responsible for a lot of us first-time litho buyers missing out, it really is.
