I've contacted Ms Domino about that regarding another order I placed earlier for some t-shirts which is still "Pending Fulfillment". I usually pay by credit card and my previous experience in the past is that it doesn't change to "billed" until a few days later. However I don't know what the set up is with paypal as I haven't used it. Every order I've placed has been on Pending for a day or two at least, but has always come through provided that the confirmation email also arrived.

Don't know if that helps you or not.

I wish I was one of those luckly people that hit the submit button amillion times and got the error, but still got a email. Unfortantly due to the slowness of the internet here I should have know I was fighting a uphill battle.

I always use PayPal. The money is sent to Treehouse immediately when you submit the order, it usually just takes a bit for the confirmation email to go through. But if you haven't been charged, that might mean that your order didn't take. Send a PM to Ms Domino.

Noo, I don't believe it. After minutes my order finally went through and I got a confirmation form paypal that my money was sent.
When I did't get a confirmation-email form the store I checked my order status. Nothing, I checked the email form paypal. And well, I sent them the money for the litho and shipping but the order got lost somewhere in the process. Argh!!

I was using paypal, and everything seemed to work fine until I got stuck in the resubmission loop. Can't see anything on my paypal account, either, so obviously even that one's not foolproof.

I think you needed luck , something I didn't have.

Hopefully the six hours or so between waves gives them a chance to work on the errors, maybe the second one will go more smoothly? Trying to be optimistic here, also looks like I won't be going to sleep tonight 'cause no way am I missing that second chance. Again, thanks for all the good info from the veteran litho buyers. We noobs appreciate it all.

No Litho is worth all the frustration people are having. I'll wait for the non-limited regular sized litho of this.

Crap, THBS are shipping them in July? Well, seeing that it usually takes about 2 months for lithos to arrive at my place (I live in Russia), that means I'll see this litho in September. Lame...

Anyway, congratz to everyone who got it and good luck to those who are planning to grab one during the second time-frame.

The problem is that the 5 pm the same thing happen again. It will return to laugh at us as we get an error and then see the lithograph 10 times more expensive on e-bay. This system is really bad, I prefer 1000 times when they warn of the day and time.

Yeah, I thought about getiing a non-limited one too (I have lots of lithos already and am running out of wall-space for lithos), but then I thought that everything would be too jammed (hope that's the right word), so I decided to go for the limited one.

What Elmasmister said. I had it in my cart and hitting submit within 1min of it being put up. 20mins later I was still getting the error. I tried using paypal, and logging in and out. Of course I just hit the button amillion times it seemed and no luck. Its very fustrating to say the least.

We are having thousands of people log in to receive a limited number of items. We process them in the order that they were received. The orders are processed based on pending payments...not based on whether or not the item was in your cart.

I know it is frustrating, but there is another release at 5pm.

So it really is just luck... fun fun -v- Well my luck isn't to good, either the second release will be a very joyfull moment or a very frustrating moment..... Thanks for clarifying though, it makes sense, to me at least.
