If you get a delay after hitting submit, it's likely going through. That's how it was for us in the morning.. it never got to a confirmation page for me.. but I got a confirmation email.

You know what's funny, I already bought the litho at the 1st release, however, seeing that lots of people are getting error messages, I decided to try adding one to the cart just for pure interest, and it was added to the cart all right. Strange that you are getting these errors, luckily there wasn't a case like that for me.
Anyway, good luck everyone.

After you've successfully purchased, if you go back and put say 300 in the cart, the order page tells you, "Only XXX available. Please reduce your order."
