1) Kinect requires RAM from your console since Microsoft has been douchebags and removed the original one integrated to the camera. it means every games using kinect requires more from your Xbox 360, makes the games uglier.
2) Framerate issues. every single games I've played on kinect had framerate issues.
3) Gameplay issues : You can't move your character on kinect except if... you have your controller in your left hand to control him using the left joystick... it sucks.
4) It is just the worse combination ever imagined...

the cover itself is IMO pretty good... but they can change it... remember ME2's original cover ?

yeah, the kinect thing is just a mistake cause kinect games have purple cases... plus it would have something about move for ps3

but, the cover itself might be legit

It says compatible with kinect, not requires kinect, there is a huge difference. Honestly, I dont want to start anf argument, sorry for my first comments OP, but as long as kinect is not required there is nothing to worry about.

The cover maybe be real for now, but they probably slap the kinect thing on every new gamebox shown on the online stores.

That's like saying a console compatible game is automatically not going to affect it on the PC. It might be true...but it could easily be a problem. Adapting to multiple control schemes so that they all work well is hard, and it's very easy to bias towards the simplest control scheme and screw up the experience for the other ones.
