Well it looks good but not good enough

the cover itself is IMO pretty good... but they can change it... remember ME2's original cover ?

Plus the Shepard on that cover actually looked like Sheploo.

Do not question the Gods, for they are truly crazy. ;)

So what if it has Kinect compatibility. You may **** about it all you want, but people with Kinects themselves will see it as a return on investment.

rofl no ones crying here buddy.

do you honestly think kinect could even remotely improve on the gameplay of ME3? i doubt its even real, its probably an error, even if it is real who cares?

like i said, it's like Killzone 3 with Move support. it worked, it was fully functional. and absolutely NO ONE played it that way. why? cus its not that type of game lol

if you want to use your gimmicky motion controls to awkwardly control ME3 then go ahead i dont care lol

i just think its funny that this might be true because it sounds like a massive waste of dev time is all.

but if you wanna go ahead and think we're upset to make yourself feel better with your mistake of buying a kinect go ahead. but uh, remind me, whats a good game on kinect? oh wait... lol

Perhaps you could clarify why PC gamers would be in "tears" over this ?  I am a PC gamer and I can honestly say the only tears this has caused is tears of laughter.

Just wait, they will add Kinect support for the PC too :[
I wonder what they will do with it, maybe it is actually  good? :?

I never found BioWare's covers really appealing... they are mid-average and usualy suck... I thought it would change when fused to EA Games because they can hire a guy specialized in this precise part of marketing while forcusing on something else wich I think kind of happened on Dragon Age because those covers looks badasses... but on Mass Effect, it's still sucky.

they should have tried an ''1977'' Star Wars look... something like this

no but it can define some overall technical qualities, all dubbed down because Kinect request its part of both the disks and the RAM. it could mean an ugly game, and an unstable one.

Actually is says "Better with Kinect" just like the Forza4 and Ghost Recon boxart. That means Kinect must play a bigger  role.

BETTER with KINECT?! Are they f*cking kidding?!?!

LOL i swear....it better be optional and you wont need to use it for neccesary things in the game, otherwise bioware will lose my respect and so will EA even more for forcing people buy kinect in order to play a highly anitcipated game. Microsoft just trying to team up with EA to increase sell, but in truth making that move will be costly for bioware, since alot of people (including my friends and me) wont buy mass effect 3 if the kinect in neccesary to play the game in some part.

I confidently predict that Kinect on the PC will be about as successful as GFWL on the PC i.e. a complete and utter failure :D

I don't personally care about Kinect myself but I can understand why some Xbox users would be a tad bit annoyed at this rumour.  However that is Microsoft for you, they want you to buy Kinect and they are going to do their damnedest to get you buying it even if they have to tarnish a fantastic franchise like Mass Effect in the process.

Sure Bioware, Just keep doing stupid moves like this to alienate your hardcore fans. I mean it, does bioware even have a conscious anymore?

It's an option, exactly what is your problem with this? They are not forcing you to use kinect.

Well imagine if we could use hand signals with the Kinect? That would be awesome. Signal Kaiden for a warp or hit your arm like a heroine addict for medigel...just saying.

well if you wanna say so then go ahead.

if Kinect support is confirmed then i'm gonna go ahead and assume Move support would also be confirmed. since its not platform exclusive i doubt they'd spend alot of time supporting one motion control set up and not the other. supporting both the Move and Kinect which work completely differently would require an extreme amount of development time and i honestly just dont see the upside ot it.

who is that aimed at? i mean yes, you can use the "well you dont have to use it" argument, and thats perfectly fair.

but can anyone honestly tell me that they WANT to use their Kinect or Move to control ME3?

its just a horrible buisness move is all. tons of extra development hours for a motion control system no one will seriously use or even care about? if its true then i gotta question Biowares leadership cus well, its downright moronic of them to do so.

though 9 million kinect did sell when it came out, and there has been very little software support for it, so maybe microsoft as a whole is pushing for kinect to be implimented in more games, i cant say. we'll learn more at E3.

but if you want to say im "crying" then go ahead rofl

the fact is not about forcing us or not, it's all about reserving ressources from the console for the Camera, it means a dubbed down game : Uglier and Unstable. Kinect, when it was Project Natal and even before, was supposed to have integrated RAM and run on it's own ressources but Microsoft junked them away to make it cheaper to build, it means the camera now uses ressources from the console...

just look how most of the games on Kinect are horrible, less than a Wii, but much more than any games using the controller. just look at this horrible piece of **** called ''Michael Jackson : The [****ty] Experience''. Look at Joy Ride, it feel like an XBLA game then compare it to Modnation Racers and SEGA Racing...

The kinect should be used for mini-games. Mix chemicals with Mordin! Mine planets with EDI! Calibrate with Garrus!

All with varying levels of difficulty, minus the calibrations. They're incredibly difficult, and you can never finish them.

I know its optional, I'm not dumb.

I'm only complaining really because this is probably why it got delayed. Instead of focusing on making the game the best in the series, they decided to devote time to a gimmick, and thats all kinect is. A gimmick.

I think so... the 5 second delay between reality and the game makes everything unplayable... even the menus sucks... and it requires so much space you can't even move or the game will no longer detect you...

It's very possible that the cover artist used the wrong template and EA only noticed after it went live so they took it down. Anyway I wouldn't think much about it until an announcement is made.

What I am complaining about, (if this is true) is that they are wasting their time with this, instead of using their time to improve Mass Effect 3 and make it the best game ever made! B)
