I know there are plenty of rumours flying around about that, but nothing solid, right?

Dev's haven't confirmed, but advertising in mexico (yes official advertising) has images of all the saints in bobblehead form lined up, with johney gat having a zombie version of himself, and you know what it means when you get a zombie homie in SR...

Then there was a gameplay video with gat following the MC, but his homie icon (you never get to see his face direcly, since they are in a jet) was all discolored and messed up...

SPOILERS AHEAD FOR SRTT READ IF YOU DARE

Finally volition released the video showcasing the ENTIRE second level of the game, and at the end you hear Gat getting shot over the speaker. It is uknown whether he survives it or not. (He promised to fly the plane home to get help, yet the MC has to call pierce for help?)

All indications point to a dead gat, I hope I am wrong, he is the only character I am (aside from my MC) Attatched to... but we will see.

I don't think Gat is dead really, if you read into the background he was upset with the new way the saints were going, He wanted to go back to the old ways.

Honestly I think he'll have joined the Syndicate. Or maybe he is dead, or in need of you to save his ass again.

Yeah I'll fix the typo's later, I litterally had to leave right after posting that, and rushed typing it. I also agree, the games have a good story in a manner.

Trailer for the fourth group we'll be fighting is up. Not a gang, but an anti gang task force: STAG.

Clearly modeled off SHIELD complete with helicarrier. Though the rickshaw battle in the beginning is the other end of the tech scale.

Oh I saw that trailer! Its a parody of all the major shooters today, mainly MW3, and BF3.

Edit: Speaking of which, for those of you know worried about being spoiled... Here is the video of the entire second level of the game. Hear how shaundi's new voice actor sounds like, meet the dewynter sisters as well as phillip loren, see extended uncut gameplay, and hints toward the fate of Gat.

Its basically SRTT version of GOW3's horde mode. You fight waves of various weird things, like gimps, mascots, question marks with smg's, you get the idea.

Nice play on words there. The previewer obviously never played Gears of War, you could choose to continue Horde on the same wave you died on.

Sounds like Epic's special events for Horde and Horde 2.0 without having to wait for a specific event. Each wave has its own special properties, that's awesome.

Untill you find out you need it for an achievement. In an article it says supposedly in ****d Mode one round you have to use it.

I wasn't going to use it either, especially since I have absolutely no privacy at home.

Oh well, so far out of...hmm 70 games I've palyed, 26 I own, I have only one game with 100% achievement. So I'll just have one more game not at 100% :-/

Hah, you and I have the same completion rate for achievements ken. I only have one game with a 100% completion rate.

Most games just aren't replayable enough to go for 100% for, and others are tied to multiplayer achievements which I can't play...

Lost Odyssey (took me over 300 hours I'd say to get the Treasure Trove achievement from starting the game over at least 3 times)

Dragon Age: Origins Complete Collection
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands

Technically I also got 100% in Ninety-Nine Nights and Mass Effect 1, but that was on a different profile.

That's just 360 games, here's the PS3 100%s:

It pisses me off the games that require online. Especially those where servers were shut down. I imagine there's not that many people with 100% achievements for Perfect Dark Zero.

Me either. The only time I kill myself getting one is if it gives me some actual in game benefit. Like the ones in SR2 that unlock unlimited ammo, costumes or certain weapons. But only the ones I use or want.

I see no point to go out of my way otherwise.

Yeah its oblivion with me as well (at 100%)  And its not that I have a problem with them its like...say a game wants you to use a weapon or play a way for a level that I really don't want too. Not happening. Or a game that turns into a choir at the end (like two JRPGs I had, could have had at 100% but gave up on) Or games that have silly objectives like one of the Half-lifes wanting me to take a gnoke with me across the game.

I don't conisder that fun. And I find enough stuff to be stressed about when I just open my door or turn on the news. Why do the same with my games? 

But I do try and do as many of them as I can, but its like Mass Effect, I have Zero of the biotic related achievments unlocked, as I don't play those classes ever.


But reguardless I'm looking foreward to Saints Row the Thrid, So far I look foreward to it and Oblivion out of the four games I'll get next month.

Sometimes I get bored and don't feel like playing anything else, so what do I do?

I start up a game I've already played and try to get the rest of the achievements.

But most games I do get al of the achievements because they are things I want to do.

Tales of Vesperia: All the achievements are for doing things to complete books and stuff and are tied to side story things anyway, they also prove to be quite entertaining.

In Mass Effect, I was curious about the other classes anyway and I got some nice insights trying to get the usage requirement for abilities.

Bayonetta, Ninety-Nine Nights, Prince of Persia.... I just had fun getting all the achievements.

Castlevania, I needed all the upgrades to not go insane fighting the final bosses.

Oblivion?  You mean Skyrim.

Depending on the system in Skyrim, I'm more interested in Saints Row.  We just know way more about it than Skyrim.

I hope the AI is better. The way people drive in these games...that thing on your windsreen is called a rear-view mirror: please use it. Also, it's far too easy to aquire cars; I've never bought one. 50k at the dearlership or walk in front of one and pull the driver out? Maybe there should be a hold-up mini game to hijack the best cars.

Currently I'm far more hyped for Saints Row. Which I never would have guessed.

But I'm having trouble getting fully hyped for Skyrim. Because Nords and their country is the region I'm least interested in. And also because I heard some of my favorite things to base my character around won't be in this time. (Personality stat and Illusion as its own school based on it.) So I'm staying off the Skyrim Hype-train til I see how character development (and perks) really work out.
