As awesome as Skyrim will be. I pick this over it just because its going to be pick up and play fun just for fun. I'm going to put down the preorder for this before I even think of buying Skyrim.

If they aren't keeping the Tornado around, that jet thing that STAG uses is almost certainly going to be the first vehicle I'll be hunting for.

Oh, and if they still have the Atlasbreakers in, I hope you can drive over cars like you're supposed to with a monster truck.

Well the Tornado (which is based on a Cobra attack helo I'm pretty sure) is still in the game, if you watch the bank robbery trailer, you can see one operating in support of the Swat team. The Atlabreaker I haven't seen but I'm sure it will be in as well.

I'm hoping the Vulture is in, I loved Flying around in that MI-24-A  Gunship.

The Hoverbike is going to be the first vehicle I look for... and it's going to be the last vehicle I look for.  I can't imagine using anything else!

Saddly for you its as armored as a bike, and doesn't show up till Act three (or two) with the STAG forces.

I'll stick with the tank myself.

Hmm I did some reading in the latest Game Informer artical on this and sounds like THQ will run an item store for this game, real world stuff that is. Better be cheap nick knack things or they won't sell crap.

Like I want those bullet ice cube trays that the Assuies get as part of the collectors edition there.

Which magazine are you reading this in?

I get their subscription online and the only thing there for Saints Row The Third is just the release date on their little calendar. I also don't remember reading that in any past article.

It might have been OXM, or it was an issue last month, and I said apperantly. The artical spoke of the voucher cards it was in a Q&A event, that can be used to buy DLC, game items, merchendice, and extra content. And I don't know what the online book has I prefer my magazines in paper. And they have had at least one artical on SRTT the last few months.

I don't know if that all means In game only items or not, as to the bullet trays, you should look at the site, every country has its own spin on the preoder CE bonus. With all that random crap they are making at the demands on the site for real life bobble heads and items, THQ if it prices items right can make a killing on it. And it would not be strange, I can go to a store right now and find Halo and Mario shirts and toys no problem. Plus the candy, shirts and buttons being sent out to stores at random (gamestops) seems like a consumer test more than a promotional to me.

No ue dwelling on it though I tried finding the artical or least what magazine had the Q&A review, but my wife tends to throw out my old mags as soon as a new one comes, and I just got two new ones, so yeah.

And once again I am stuck on whether to buy SRTT or AC:Revelations. Its tearing me apart here.

Right when I decided to get SR... I see some new videos for AC and gets me hyped for it. Its MURDERING MY WALLET.

If it's as good as SR2 (I'm of the weird opinion that SR2 is a flawed masterpiece), I'll be all over SR3 for ages.

But I'm still worried. There are so many things they could do to mess it up.

I registered for the site, I think I had before but my attempts to log in and recover password didn't work.

Anyway, the intiation station isn't even available yet on PC. The word on the street, according to a Best Buy ad somewhere, it will be available November 1st, next tuesday.

You might have to register for a THQ account, but that just might be for uploading your character to the website.

That's okay, I was just curious, and if the print
version has different stuff than the online version, I'd like to know
about it too.  It's possible it came from the issue they had that cover
story on the game or might have been a small blurb that I overlooked.

Well lets work out deal here, I'll send you a PM when the next issue comes out with the sections listed in the book, and you can see how it matches up with the web site, I'm wondering if they cheat online members of content myself, given I don't trust such things.


Anyways I assume its for registration, they are being hush hush on it, still a pain in the ass using the site now for me. Maybe if you register in advance you get a early look at it? *Shrugs* But yeah maybe your right about the 4th.
