Saints Row: The Third

I just found some disheartening news:
The initiation station clothing won't all be available in the game's character creator, only a limited selection. So those that do not use it, will have to buy most of the stuff that is available in the initiation station.
Damn, guess I need to think more on a character I really want to use and exactly which clothing options I want.

Hmm, I'm still not happy with the face but thanks, I might use him as my in game character not sure though. The face options in terms of shape seems rather limited, and I'm not surprised by that. I actully expected we'ld have to buy all of the clothing lol. But yeah, I do hope well get more and cooler things in the 20% we don't have or in after release expansions (hopefully free like the pack for SR2)
hahah Burt Reynolds.

Well, I think with how the character creator, that might be the best you're going to get. But very creative with the outfit.
I just did some more messing around and choosing between the different race selections, really does change the overall aspect of the face.
I'll use Caucasian and Asian as comparison:
The Eye Type, you get very different eye shapes at 0 and 100 that you can clearly see.
The slope of the nose is different for each one too, agai you can clearly see the differences at 0 and 100.
As for the outfits: Yes, I hope the 20% not included are cooler along with any DLC as well.
Burt Reynolds was a nice surprise and my thoughts exactly.
Also, from watching the trailer, I figured out the default cauccasian male voice. It's Troy Baker.

And yeah Burt is a nice Surprise, lol I bet he's the Mayor. Also from that trailer, look at the space men, on what I'm guessing is Mars.
One is Gat.
Oh well my Kakashi turned out okay

I believe I have found my first character of choice from someone else's creation. Nicely done! If there's a quipao dress in SR TT you should make Sakura Haruno.KenKenpachi wrote...

Ah well I finished Dr Jones, I can't say I'm impressed with him,
@ Jreezy, thanks, and there is no quipao dress however I may attempt to make her.

First of all, no matter what I do, the male always looks like tank, even on 100% skinny. In SR2 I could actually make a character look borderline anorexic. Also, the first two female voices I really don't like, but that's subjective.
But other than that, I really like the way you can make your character look in this game.

Ooohhh 9.5/10? Nice! Granted, it could've gotten a 5 and I would've still bought it, screw what anyone else thinks.
While I don't ever look at review scores anymore as they are almost always inflated I bet SR3 will be a great game.

You... Don't like Laura Bailey and Tara Platt? Male 1 is Troy Baker, you know, Snow Villiers from FFXIII or Yuri from Tales of Vesperia.

Troy Baker is a pretty awesome voice actor. He and Courtnee Draper sound great in BioShock Infinite together.RPGamer13 wrote...

Just want to say that GTA does suck now. You don't have to be a fanboy of Saint Row to know that. I've never even played any of the Saints Row games, but I've played GTA series since the day the first one was released. I even got the collector's edition of IV just to find out I bought an expensive paper weight--the safety deposit box was awesome, though. Anyways, the video was pretty funny. GTA needs to find a balance between realism and over-the-top gameplay. They found that in San Andreas, but destroyed it in GTA: IV.Rockworm503 wrote...

Oh, so you can make a blanket generalization, but I'm treating my opinion as fact. I'm just bluntly pointing out that not everyone who hates the transition GTA has made is a Saints Row fanboy.
