`First thing they show is Kinect...pfft couldn't care less about it....hopefully we'll se more actual gameplay...but from the trailer there are a lotta rail shooter moments...still looks good..

The use of Kinect?....Meh. Never saw a use for it in games like that. I'll just stick to what works.

The gameplay looked sweet! And I can't wait for more info now! I'm going to have to pre-order a Collector's Edition I think now! Damn....both Arkham City and ME 3....I guess AC: Revelations can wait.

There's some really miserable fans here.

Game looks amazing, looks like they fixed the slightly cross eyed look of characters in ME 2 and they just beautifully refined the core of what made mass effect 2 into something even better. I don't mind on rails shooting sections, its just silly to get upset over that.

It's silly if you didn't start playing Dragon Age and Mass Effect because you love role playing games.

You can't just start quality RPG franchises like that, turn them into something completely different, and expect everyone to cheer for more console games.
Especially when decent RPGs are so rare.

I just don't get the logic in turning RPG franchises into whatever kind of games which are not RPGs anymore. Why ?
It started out great, I was expecting those sequels, and now I either have to drop the whole universes, let go of unfinished stories, or play totally different games I don't enjoy.

This is goddamn frustrating, and I think I'm entitled to complain about that to Bioware. Just so they know why I won't buy it.

Good for them if it sells well. But I feel betrayed.

Why in a trailer and or actual show of gameplay when they have a extreme tight limit on the amount of time they can do things in would they actually go out of their way to show something that may take 2 minutes to do? In trailers and events you typically want to see one thing and that is actual fluid action. They will be revealing more in future updates.

but the game will only come out in 1 year. It would be a shame if their weren't anymore DLC's. Hopefully we get some or a extra story arc with the release of the novel Mass effect Deception at the end of January 2012.

I was happy to see there was NOT going to be a working kinect version of
ME3 in the way we all thought it was going to be. Honestly the voice
command feature is a total waste of time and money to invest in the
game. I would rather see the money be spent in making a better ME3 than
making a gimick voice command feature that really you could have done
with a headset years ago. Many posters over in the G4 forums have all
said the same thing.. Seems like to much work when its just as easy to
move the stick.

Not exactly sure what this does for the game but make it feel cheaper.

As
a long time supporter of Bioware this is a really bad idea and waste of
money. Just make another great ME3.. Not another gimick game that
hardly anyone will use with this voice command support..

Brilliant stuff but I'm concerned that they haven't shown a single power wheel. It's probably because they don't want to give away the powers yet but if all the fights have to be realtime I'm going to find them a bit difficult!
