Yeah, but MacTavish is a cool character (as is Price) and the set pieces can be pretty awesome. I also like the story, even if it is rather cliched.

Yep, retail + sale for me.

If you buy the retail would it need Origins to run BF3?

Thats serious BS if EA is getting all Anti-Valve and not releasing BF3 on Steam but still releasing it digitally on other services. Surely its their right to do so, but how stupid is EA?

It really ticks me off when they go about claiming how they value consumer choice and yet they're giving the middle finger to Steam. Are they that stupid and aloof to think that their War against Steam is going to do anything but ****** off more PC gamers? And no doubt EA will **** and moan when BF3 sales are disappointing on PC. Gee, that couldn't be because you're being stupid and not putting it on the biggest digital download service on the net, huh?

Damn, EA is so ****ing clueless.

I had only planned to buy BF3 just to support Dice actually only if it was on Steam but well Dice can't make me use Origin.
