The nudity I demand in ME3:
- Liara's penis, while making love to my femshep, OMG ITS A TRAP!!!
- Wrex romance, full frontal nudity, OMG FOUR TESTICLES!!!
- Volus romance, full nudity OMG WTF IS THAT!!!!
- Hanar romance, for those addicted to tentacle pr0n.
But seriously, I'm counting on the return to ME1 style love scenes - well, basically there was just one, with different characters, but it looked the same every time, except for Liara, where you had an extra scene. Overall, the love scene in ME1 was very classy, and it just felt like a good conclusion to a developed (of course, simplified) relationship.
ME universe is a mature one, and having its characters sex in clothes is laughable. Fortunately, although ME2 love scenes were not as fine as ME one, most of them were just implying, that characters get intimate, and its better than DAO sex in panties.
I don't find ME1 style nudity offensive, and I think that style fits the ME3. The Witcher universe is way more upfront and dirty, mostly because its not american, and its approach on the love scenes is adequate to the world it appears in. And, of course, it wouldn't fit the ME universe.
Also, I think that since I didn't hear about Fox News raging about TW2, it's quite okay to get back to ME1 style. It's not that anyone would be offended about seeing some human (maybe blue) butt or a sideboob, is it?
Frankly, what I really expect from ME3 is that I'll be able to watch the love scene earlier, than just before the final mission. Not because I JUST WANT TEH BOOBS, but I find it quite stupid, that the people in the game want to have sex if and only if an extremely dangerous mission is about to take place, and come up to you crying and whining about how miserable are they at the moment. Can't Shepherd just have some joy from making love? Does it have to be 'oh, we can die on that mission, I feel so weak and insecure, lets have sex!' ? (I know, that it is not always the case

)
BTW, did you see the newest gameplay clip? with the Earth sequence and so on? I can't find an appropriate thread.
