Mass Effect 2 redeem code wont work?

Why does my redeem code says invalid code? I'm refusing to play this game without the interactive comic. Is there a fix for this issue or has it been resolved because all I see on google are the same problems as mine. Not only on ps3 but other platforms as well.

I bought ME2 during the psn outage and I've just now tried redeeming my code and I have the same problem. It says my code may be incorrect or invalid. Really frustrating 'cause I've been waiting 2 weeks to play this.

My code worked after twenty or so tries. However, an error keeps occuring when I try to download the Cerberus pack.
Edit: as of 8:15, the download is working. Good luck to those still having problems.

I just tried it again and it worked. Although this time I went straight to the PS store rather than through the game (don't know if that makes a difference). Busy downloading now. I'll post again to say if it works or not.

Mine won't give in. It's either error or invalid! I tried online redeeming it says it's not recognized...

Is there some sort of problem with re-sold games? I take it once the redeem code is used for one person that is it? If so, where can I pick up another one for the PS3, I had a quick scout about playstation store now it's finally up working but I'm a bit of a spas with computers and wasn't sure which out of the 8 available add ons was the correct one.......

@mrchibber, start up the game, go to extras, go to downloadable content, it'll redirect to the ME2 section of the PS store. What you need to buy is the Cerberus pack

@Polo327 Does the laptop at the main menu pop and show the cerberus network? And is there a file for the cerebrus network in your Game Data file? Reason I'm asking, is I went through EA, got another code, downloaded and installed the Cerberus Network, and go into the game, and the network won't activate. I can connect to EA's server, but not the Cerberus Network.
