Hi guys,
I've searched all over the internet for an answer to this question and haven't found a helpful answer. I just bought the Dragon Age Ultimate Edition pack which comes with 7 DLCs. The only problem is that I need a redemption code to use these DLCs and I have no idea how to go about doing that.
How do I get the redemption code/where is it? I bought the game new and there was no card inside with a redemption code.
There was a pamphlet inside to register my game on ea.com, though. Is that it?
I'm completely clueless here.
Thank you so much for any help you may offer!
Where is my redemption code for my Ultimate Edition game?

Registering the game will enable certain features.
Others know about the UE for the 360, and during one particular thread it was 'said' that the 360 version didn't need a redeem code because everything is included on the discs. So...have you played the game yet? As I understand it, you get given the option to choose what to install with the UE.
If it doesn't and it really does require a code to redeem, then you will need to contact EA support and explain the situation to them.

Thank you for replying!
I have beaten the game several times, but I just recently new-gamed it. Do I need to finish the game in order to install the DLCs?
Right now when I go to download one of the DLCs, it asks for an EA redemption code.

Feeling picky with language use (I apologise in advance because I do like that at times).
You mention that you 'go to download one of the DLCs'. Are you actually going into the game menu while connected to Live and trying to purchase the dlc? (I know that doesn't quite square with what you wrote but I can't help but think that is the case.) If so then I think you're doing something wrong.
As I understand it the dlc is on the second disc with Awakening. (Have you played Awakening yet? as a side question.) You should be able to install from that disc as you are given the option apparently.

Yes. All the DLC for teh console games are on el disko. You put that disk in and install it all. No codes. No spells. No vodoo required to get 'em to work. Don't even have to start a new game to enjoy them.
Kind of the reason why with the 360 version you got a second disc. On the PS3, it's more complicated as the two discs are one and easy to overlook.

Thank you for the confirmation, Icehawk. Hopefully they'll have it sorted out by now.
Not only that, but as I understand it the PS3 version also had a disc pressing issue of sorts such that it was missing some dlc which required downloading. At least I think that was true of the European release anyway.

Oh my gosh, thank you all so much. I was dying to play the DLCs and the fact that I couldn't play them drove me mad...and the fact that I didn't know WHY I couldn't play them drove me madder!
I didn't install the second disk, which explains why I can't access the DLCs. THANK YOU. I will be doing that right away.

I am having a similar problem as woundedheart except my xbox won't let me install the second disk. A menu pops up saying that it has to connect to a hard drive and I have a hard drive connected.
I have a brand new xbox 360 slim. I've never had any problems. It is only about a month old. It has a 4GB internal hard drive and I have an 8GB external hard drive attached. I have tried clearing space up on my internal hard drive with no effect.
Is it possible that the expansion pack is only a compatible install with the older 360s? I don't know what else to do? Please help.

Several things going on in your post there.
4GB of internal memory is quite frankly inadequate for modern gaming now, especially with dlcs and whatnot. The 8GB external may help a bit in terms of storage but won't really last long unless you constantly delete things. That is more a practical issue though and unrelated to the problem you are having.
The expansion pack is compatible with any 360; so no, it is not only installable on an older 360.
The actual issue you are having...to be honest I've seen it a few times on the forum here, but no one has ever come forth with a solution. I 'say' this because others with larger HDs have had the 'no HD attached' message crop up.
There is a slight issue with the disc being read with the second disc of the Ultimate Edition (I have suggested to fellow members to exchange it if they can as it could be one of those dodgy discs), though I do have my doubts about whether it would be of any help in your case.
In such circumstances all I can suggest is that you contact EA support to see if they know of a solution. Sorry I can't give you any substantial help on your problem as it lies outside of my knowledge.
