I'm currently playing through Awakening, and for import reasons, I was wondering if it is just Nathaniel that I need to make sure that they stay alive through Awakening?  Isn't the import feature still glitched, after the latest patch, to where anyone not with my warden at the end is considered dead, even with a fully built Vigils Keep?

Are Anders+Justice the only other companions that are in DA2 from Awakening?

Yes. There are only two other Awakenings cameos, Nathaniel's sister and the dwarf who rebuilds the walls of the Vigil. They're both in Nathaniel's quest.
