1. Laptops are not supported because the majority cannot meet the minimum requirements, and the manufacturers will not adhere to any standards when they are claiming to meet requirements.
2. Your laptop's graphics card was never intended for gaming. It was designed for business charts, graphs, presentations, and spreadsheets, and cannot be expected not to crash. unless set to very low screen resolutions. The game simply overstresses it.
3. Modern laptop design doesn't allow the machine to be taken apart far enough to access the graphics card and replace it. By the time you separate the mainboard from the chassis, one or the other would have been rendered totally unusable, if not both of them.
While I cannot guarantee that the only reason for the instability is strictly due to the low quality graphics card, it definitely falls below the official minimum.

On this point I have no reason to complain on my graphic card becouse of fact that most of the new games work fine ( like Witcher 2). From what I understand there is no chance to play mass effect 2 on this laptop. God damned this is my second laptop and on both mass effect 2 doest work. I love mass effect 1 and I always wated to play mass effect 2 every since first trailer was relised, I ve got that laptop week ago and mass effect 2 was first game I have installed.
I gues I have to wait several more years for another computer and hopefuly it will work.
Or I can watch lets play in youtube:blush:
.... damn it

It is regrettable that you chose not to compare the minimum requirements of the games you were interested in against the graphics card in the PC you selected, when there were many better options available.
ME2
PC MINIMUM System Requirements
OS = Windows XP SP3 / Windows Vista SP1 / Windows 7
Processor = 1.8GHz Intel Core 2 Duo or equivalent AMD CPU
Memory = 1 GB RAM for Windows XP / 2 GB RAM for Windows Vista and Windows 7
Hard Drive = 15 GB
DVD ROM = 1x Speed
Sound Card = DirectX 9.0c compatible
Direct X = DirectX 9.0c August 2008 (included)
Input = Keyboard / Mouse
Video Card = 256 MB (with Pixel Shader 3.0 support). Supported GPU Chips: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 or greater(**); ATI Radeon X1600 Pro or greater. Please note that NVIDIA GeForce G.205, G.210, 310, 7100, 7200, 7300, 7400, 7500, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 9100, 9200, and 9300; ATI Radeon X1300, X1550, HD 2400, 3100, 3200, HD 3450, HD 3470, HD 4200, HD 4250, HD 4350, HD 4550, and (probably) HD 5450 are below minimum system requirements. Updates to your video and sound card drivers may be required. Intel and S3 video devices are not officially supported in Mass Effect 2.
(**)Two of the Geforce 6800s are worse than the next-lower Geforce game card, the 6600 GT, and should be avoided (6800 SE, 6800 XT).
The game was released before the card you have was released, but the desktop HD 4350 is listed as not adequate, when it is as fast as, or is faster, than the mobile versions.
