Sounds fun.
Melee sounds a bit weird from what I read - biotic blade for adept, wrist blade for soldier? I don't want to jump the gun and start moaning like the usual thing is in here, but will have to see what that is about.

Not so happy about the melee emphasis. If you got a gun and the enemy makes it to close quarter range, then you are doing something wrong.

What I'm more concerned about, is that the game assumes, that the DLC did happen. Well, it makes me slightly angry, because the devs gave us mere dellusions of choices. For me, it was quite an interesting option to go with my first ME3 playthrough and having helped Liara-Sue with the Shadow Broker, and having a powerful ally and then to play with another Shepard WITHOUT completing the DLCs.
It would be somewhat of a reward for actually spending my money on the DLC. Now I just have the feeling, that the devs don't want to create a great game anymore.

I just hope they will release a demo to play so I can at least see what the combat is like, it sounds so familiar awesome what they are trying to do Oo... if it blows like a certain other game I will cancel my preorder this time, because bioware can disappoint. That's what I learned a few months ago.

I hope that means crouching will make a triumphant return.

Depends on your playstyle. All my sheps use a shotgun and most of the time I'm the one going at close quarter range. Shotgun blast + melee = effective and satisfying.
I'm very eager to see these new melee skills
