Krogan princess for the lulz. I'm pretty sure the Krogan don't dub her as a "princess". I can see her being a female clan leader, but not a princess.

I expect the Krogan Princess to be wearing a tiara.

I quite enjoyed the standoffish thread title. Good work, Mr. Priestly.

Reading now.

As for "krogan princess" why can't I shake this vision from my head of a krogan wearing a tiara and Princess Toadstool's pink dress and white gloves? Further, why (against all reason) do I think this is completely awesome?

"the Krogan clan leader Wrex Urdnot has quite an interest in the princess."

Wrex wants a girlfriend

This article tells us very little meaningful about choices from ME1 & 2. Except that Mordin and Wrex will appear, which is nifty.

The article didn't say much but the Krogan princess made it worth it!

I gotta feeling that Paragons will have a lot trouble getting help from the krogan,if they can at all.

Encouraging news. We'll actually see past choices affecting the game. Gotta wonder what a female krogan (or any krogan for that matter) is doing on the salarian homeworld.

In the other article at the same part, it said the two squad members were Liara and Garrus, so I have a feeling Mordin might not even be a temporary squad member. Just assisting from the sidelines. I wonder if Mordin and Wrex are both dead, if we'll even get this mission?

*Shepard uses Incinerate to kill Husk Abomination*

Mordin:"Shepard your Krogan Princess is on another homeworld!"
Garrus:"Commander... look another green pipe. I think it's some sort of relay."
Shepard:"I should go."

Hmm interesting article, though rather vague. Of course it's rare for me to find IGN to be informative on anything. Still good to know that Mordin is most likely a Cameo/Temp Squadmate deal for sure now.

Sounds really good. I've beaten ME2 six times, one per class. I've got 2 Tali LI, a Liara LI, a Miranda LI, a Jack LI and an Ashley LI... should be fun to see what happens. Especially considering Tali/Miranda will be fighting it out with Ashley over me. :P

Also looking forward to the female Krogan. Maybe we'll get to see some female Salarians, Turians, etc. as well. Though what I'm looking for the most-- Tali unmasked. If I don't get to see what a Quarian looks like under that helmet, I may just end up screaming. Lol.

I'm just glad we're finally going to see what a Krogan female looks like. One down, two to go!

Shepard and crew have journeyed to the Salarian homeworld, Sur'Kesh, to rescue a Krogan princess. Yes, she's crazy hot

S'cuse me?
My sarcasm button is jammed so I don't know what to think...

This love triangle will be resolved by the end of Mass Effect 3, so look forward to walking off into the sunset with Liara. I mean, seriously, who else would you want to be with -- Kaidan?

FFS, can someone manage to find a writer that is not going to crap on other characters, please? It's bad enough that Bioware itself forces Liara down our throats directly at the expense of the other love interests, do article writers have to do that too? It's getting extremely aggravating.

I've never actually managed to understand why some people deliberately kill off players that they thought were annoying due to the fanbase bias until just this moment. I can honestly say that this is the moment that I dearly hope that it is possible to kill Liara off in ME3.

Yeah, the quote in the article was kind of annoying to me too, because.... yeah I would rather walk off with Kaidan lol, but when has Bioware shoved Liara down our throats? The only LI I saw heavily featured in marketing and such was Miranda, and that's just because of "DAT ASS" I'd imagine. Do you mean because Liara got to get some closure during LotSB? I just figure that's a taste of what we'll get with the previous romances in ME3. (or I really hope so.)

The writer has impeccable taste and judgment.

Beg to differ with you and the writer.

BTW, I was in Gamestop yesterday and they said that they were told to expect ME3 on January 29th.  Of course their date could be off but it seems reasonable.

- Liara can easily ninjamance you in ME1.
- Liara was specifically given her own DLC for ME2, which included the option to continue her romance.
- Ashley/Kaidan were never even mentioned by Liara in LotSB whereas she will reference every single other one.
- Liara was given extreme prominence in the Genesis comic (see: the difference in panels when you choose Liara and when you choose someone else. Choosing Liara gets an image of her in the foreground with a happy expression; choosing Ashley/Kaidan gives you much a smaller image of them in the background with no expression at all.)
- Kaidan specifically was referenced as a 'good kid' in the Genesis comic despite the fact that he's two years older than Shepard.
- Liara was given her own comic series.
