So, I joined the whole mass effect thing kinda late, and have no real way to 'preorder' this late in the game, or to aquire the pepsi promotional items.

I was wondering if there were plans to make the N7 complete arsenal (or something similar) avalible to PC users to allow those of us who came in late to pay for the items we could not aquire normally?
