While Bannor has been working on CTP tropical I've been woring on getting CTP savanna up to snuff. I was off this week due to car troubles so worked on the set as much as possible. Here are two baobab trees that will be in the set. I still need to do alot of texture work and foilage work but its coming along. I wanted to show that CTP is still moving along with its plans to finish various tilesets that we promised to the community.

does the ctp have a forum? if you do i think i sorta missed it lol, as i was wanting to know if there is a list of the new tilesets you will be releasing for the community...

I spend the last few days making the 1rst of the other subspecies of Baobab. I have three pics of it in the tileset.

Yeah some thatch and mud huts and compounds and corrals would make these nice for African like settings.

pstmarie donated some a-frames a while back. They will be in. We're still considering how much we want to put in of buildings. One of the ideas is putting together a Masai compound and will have to look at more buildings in africa before we start putting them in. We would like to get as close to the real enviorment as possible, so were looking at individual species and buildings before we make them.

Fwiw, the CTP archive does have the incomplete Savanah (and a couple others), just keeping them safe until we find enthusiasts to complete them.
