I wouldn't take that "Krogan" body too seriously. That's the exact same "covered dead body" used all throughout ME2, like the Archangel recruitment mission. Krong females can still be large and bulky like their male counterparts.

It's like how Keiji's Greybox looked just like the hand-held radios used other places in the game. When you think about it, there was no way that the entire "greybox" fit inside Keiji's head, at least not while leaving room for his brain. So... I wouldn't take the recycled props too seriously. They're there to get the point across, but they're not always meant to be taken literally.

Oh, sorry, my reply was more directed at the person you quoted, but I totally get what you mean--that's not supposed to be a Krogan body! It's just a general dead body used to represent a lot of races throughout the game!

I mean, it could be that Bioware made that body to specifically represent a Krogan female, and then they later decided to disperse it throughout the game to represent various races... but I doubt it. It seems more likely that they made an intentionally vague "dead body" to use in every situation that called for a covered corpse.

Anyway, I personally hope that the Krogan Princess looks a lot like a male Krogan, because I'm sick and tired of alien females who are "attractive" by human standards. ...but I guess we're going to find out tomorrow! The devs on Twitter hinted as much.

Well, I don't know how to explain the shroud thing.
To me, it looked like a male Krogan, just smaller.

Darn, I hope BioWare do better then that when it comes to a female Krogan.

It's like Tali all over again!

I.E: What does a Quarian look like?
We're going to put her in a face concealing mask and never show you!

I'm starting to wonder if she was wearing a disguise so the Salarians wouldn't recognize her.
If so, it was a very bad disguise........
Considering she got captured!

I hope to see some real screenshots at some point, preferably ones that don't hide her face.

Random guess: before the attack, she was captured as a test subject by a salarian team trying to adapt the genophage cure again. In the meantime, Tuchanka gets Reaper'd into confetti (Wrex survives, because he's THAT awesome). There are enough male krogans off world, but all the females and children are dead. Salarian team contacts Mordin (or Shep, or Liara finds out, or whatever), maybe because the salarian homeworld is also attacked. Off to the rescue we go.

Incidentally I really like her - it makes sense that females would be armoured like a tank given how precious they are and how they can't really afford to get gratuitoulsy wounded for honour and glory like the males.

Although, genetically speaking a single female for an entire species is gene-pool death. Time to dust off those tanks of Okeer's...

It seems that, and I may have read incorrectly, that the genophage has sterilized all Krogan females. The princess is seemingly the first female to be cured.

Side note: I'm waiting for someone to make a Super Krogan Bros. flash game so I can see play it, get to world 1-4, defeat the Reaper boss, and have the Krogan female at the end go "Sorry Wrex, but your princess is on another homeworld."

I don't think that 'sterilized' is right term here, because krogans continue to breed even with genophage.

Who could knew that krogans are religious fundamentalists? Also IGN reporters are perverts if they call her "hot". Nobody surprised though.
