Recently bought ME and ME2 from the EA store. Have installed ME2 in the last few days and hit a roadblock straight away when it told me that my cerberus network key had already been used. That's fine, got it sorted with a nice chap on the EA webchat support site, and Cerberus is now active ingame.
I don't seem to be able to find a link to download the cerberus DLC, like the Normandy crash site, and the bioware social site tells me that the code I'm trying to redeem is invalid.
I'm confused. Can anyone help?
