Am in the deep roads and have made the deal with the demon to get the key to get back up and out. Am fighting the monster that he wants dead and no matter what I try I die. I am playing in casual mode.
Need help with this battle.

The rock wraith, right? The best way to deal with it is to make frequent use of the Hold function. Keep your party members separate and near pillars. When the wraith starts to glow red, move each member behind a pillar and wait it out. When the glow subsides, dash in with your melee folks and attack; use Varric and your mage (assuming you brought one) to strike from afar. When then smaller profanes appear, devote some of your forces to take care of them, otherwise they'll chip away at your health. Also, try to avoid being near the wraith when it glows white/pink - it will pull your party members close to it and then unleash some force damage.
It's really a matter of attack-duck/hide-attack-duck/hide, and so forth. Hope this helps.
