I play Mass Effect on the Xbox 360, but I don't have access to Xbox Live. This means I am unable to download the DLCs. Is there any way I can download a hard copy of them (I know of certain games that put the DLCs on disk eventually). If I can't get the DLCs, will my gameplay in Mass Effect 3 be negatively effected?
It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to Mass Effect 3, but I'm seriously considering not purchasing it if I am unable to play it to its fullest due to my inability to download the DLCs.
What can I do?

the DLC's aren't vital to the game. the ME1 DLC's are strictly side stories not super important.
ME2 has two DLC's that are part of the main story, Lair of the Shadow broker and Arrival. in ME3 without playing them its assumed they happened. so if you're unable to play those then just watch the story on youtube or something

But presumably the game would assume (as ME 2 did if you hadn't played ME1) the default choices were made in the story vital DLCs?

Buy Platinum Hits version for 360. You get BDtS and a cool bonus disc that show the making of ME1. For ME2, wait for GOTY edition.

the ones i mentioned, lair of the shadow broker and arrival only really have one conclusion, so yeah, it'll assume you played them for story purposes.Noxolia wrote...

both of them are fairly meaningful in a grand scale of the story, so fi you have no means of downloading them or getting them in anyway, i'd highly suggest watching the story bits on youtube.
