Curious if its all possible to download a replacment disk for Mass Effect 2, as I have moved and no longer have my Physical disk, or would I have to buy the game again off steam or somewhere ?

As long as you have your CD key, you can register it with EADM (EA Download Manager), and just download the install files as needed. No need to purchase it again.
Edit: If you have lost it, but te game is still installed and asking for the disk to be able to play, you can get a no-disk/fixed exe file from gamecopyworld.com

I don't have either the disk or the serial key..... I think I'll have to do some registry diving to dig up the key.

If its still installed, then you can get it from the "game" section of the config utility.
If its no longer installed, you should be able to contact EA support and explain the situation to them, and they can retrieve it from their records.

Hey Bogsnot
Just wanted to say thanks for the advice, ea happily added my copy of Mass Effect 2 AND my Dragon Age: Origins to my Origin Beta Account
Now if you'll excuse me I have some reapers to thwart!
