How are most people preparing for DAIII or a DLC?

The reason I ask is because in Origins, if you searched the web, you would've found tons of posts saying that only the items from 'Return To Ostagar' would transfer. At least on the PC, ALL of my items and money transfered to Awakenings.

Now the Wiki say's that money won't transfer, and to "load yourself up" with items to be carried over before triggering the end game in DAII; in other words, don't sell everything to just get money that isn't going to transfer over, instead, carry items over to sell in DAIII.

I realize that nobody can know for sure, but any comments?
