Hi, I'm kind of a ME2 noob and there's one thing neither the game nor the wiki seem to be very specific about :
Does the paragon/renegade percentage that comes with tech mastery (when you level up as an engineer) apply to your current amount of points or to how many you gain later ?
I'm asking because clearly if it applies to your current total, better save a lot of squad points and spend them all in tech mastery once you've completed most missions ; on the other hand, if it applies to how much you gain later, better be done with the tech mastery upgrades in the beginning then move on to other powers...
So, which one is it ?
Thank you !

It is a simple multiplier of your your score and does not affect how much you gain in the future.

Both. It multiplies your base P/R points number, and you can't lose a single point even if you respec to Demolisher and then back to Mechanic.
