The best NWN module romance that I've ever played, hands down and by far, is Alanya from Lords of Darkness. It develops slowly, through shared adventures, meaningful conversations, and a common mission that creates a bond of partnership between you that eventually develops into love somewhere in the third module.
Alanya's admiration for and devotion to the player is genuine and consistent, and it has a very happy ending. Fantus' English isn't entirely fluent, and the writing sometimes has little affectations that show this. I found them easy to overlook, though, and even found some of them to be kind of charming.

Interesting you should bring up that one Andarian... I just started that mod, and was wondering if there would be any 'relationship'. After playing ADWR it's hard for me to get emersed in mods where the henchman rarely converse. After a big fight in ADWR, Pia would always make some "Whew! that was hard..." or something. She was by far and away my favorite NWN romance.

From the official games it's Valen, of course.
I didn't play that many modules.
Pia of AdwR was nice, I prefer males, though.
I also liked Nathan from "Trials of the Academy", it just was a little too short. The Ash romance was longer, but I don't like lawful good characters.
I still have to play Sanctum, I'm busy with other things right now.
