I wanted to check here first before I started writing my own script.

Is there an OnEnter-type script that will do a camera/facing check to see if there is a large, blocked off area (such as a building) where the camera would normally appear? I want it to change the camera facing to an angle where the party can be seen normally, which would make it easier to mouse-click to start the party moving forward. (Otherwise the player has to fiddle with the camera angle until they can click past the PC.)

Thank you.

i don't believe so, but i started always doing transition to a waypoint instead of door, you can move the waypoint so most camera angles will be good.

And remember that environmental objects will fade for the camera, while most placeables won't. It might be worth laying down a walkmesh cutter around the building and converting it.

Interesting idea, but I'm not sure that would work well with doors.
