I have unlocked all of the available items on Dragon Age Legends for my Dragon Age 2 game. On the BioWare Social site here, it also says that these items are available and unlocked. On my actual Dragon Age 2 game on Xbox 360, it says they are not. All three are connected by the same e-mail.



(By the way, telling me how to see the content but not telling me what to do if it doesn't appear is incredibly unhelpful. I have gone in circles with EA Support trying to figure this out!)
Can't provide a screenshot for my Xbox so easily, but when I start up Dragon Age 2 it confirms that my EA account of the same e-mail is logged in. All I get in DA2 is it telling me to go to social.bioware.com/promos to find out how to unlock the items I already have.
I have refreshed my Xbox cache. I have started a new game. I have relinked my EA account. It has been days, so waiting hasn't done anything either. Nothing is helping. What can I do?
