I know when they are resistant, you see the "shield with an X" icon. There's a loading screen tip that says so.
I've seen the "crossed swords" icon float above their health bar, but I think that coincides with the health bar flashing white, which signifies a crit.
Furthermore, why is it that identical creatures have different reisists? Some Rage Demons resist Winter's Grasp, others do not. I would think they would all be weak to it. I'm playing on normal.
How do you know when an enemy is weak to a damage type?

there is no visual cue, aside from the numbers being significantly bigger. there's only a cue for the inverse, and that's just on nightmare (you'll see 'Immune!' pop up)

I just thought of that the other day, haha.
I think this battle music would have totally fit DA2, also. Is it possible to mod that sound file in as the battle music? That would be mind-blowingly epic.
