I did not finish awakenings on that import is that why?

I imported my dalish warden To Da2 from an awakening save.
I had recruited anders but when merrill asked anders In Da2 If he had met the dalish warden anders said no wth?
I did not finish awakenings on that import is that why?

Did you recruit Anders in Awakenings? If not, it's either the fact that you didn't finish the expansion, or it's a bug.Gamer Ftw wrote...
