Thats the funnest part of being a Vangurard! Run out of bullets then become a bullet your self! Though having more Biotic powers besides that would be extremly nice, mayhaps Warp?

IIRC Christina said every class can carry any weapon the user wants, however, apart from the Soldier who can use all weapons during an assignment, the other classes will be restricted in the amount of weapons they can carry at any given time. So you can, I imagine, use the Claymore and the Widow "simultaneously" =P
I know I'll at least be using the Incisor and the Eviscerator with the Locust as backup weapon (if the limit is indeed 3 weapon slots for the vanguard).

the issue with the vanguard is people seem to think its a one trick pony when it shouldnt be.
a vanguard shouldnt just have charge as its only worthwhile ability.
a infilitrator shouldnt have cloak as its only worthwhile ability.
a soldier shouldnt just have adrenaline rush as its only worthwhile ability.
ect. ect. ect.

thats the point.

Yeah both do the magical X small damage that all non-damaging powers do.  Maybe that should change?  For a biotic freight train it hits kind of weak, shockwave hits a lot more like a biotic fat kid running through a crowd.  Maybe give it okay damage with a decent vs shield multiplier(maybe not enough to totally strip, but still solid damage) sinc eit is kind of like a rapid fire attack which other vs shield attacks seem to be.  It would only really effect higher difficulty levels keeping it useful on par with its lenghty cooldown.

You're right about the Soldier - they have only one power they can use - you couldn't be more wrong about the other two, especially the Infiltrator.

That made me lol.

But they really should have upped the damage w/ biotics. If they aren't going to affect shields and armor at all, at least allow throw to do initial damage. I mean you're being hit w/ force of 900 newtons (roughly 200lbs.) to 1200 newtons (roughly 270lbs). Sounds like it should do some damage if a football player rams into you.

No, I think the point of a class system is to give you options. Otherwise there's no reason to give us skill points.

Hey if u and some other people wanna restrict urselves to charge go right on ahead. but im not and alot of other people wouldn't want to either. You couldn't be more wrong about any class if u say it should be a 1 trick pony.
If u dont like complexity in your video games i suggest playin CoD. good game. real easy to remember u just press the shoot button and you'll win eventually pal :D

I doubt SMG's will be in ME 3 since every class can now use AR's.
