Hello! Basically I first created a bioware social account without realising my dragonage 2 was already linked with my Ea account which is a different email address so to receive the registered game content I had to create this one.

Now heres the problem, the first account contains the name that I go by "Fatal Clash" and I want that as my name on this site and I don't want two accounts (one for game content one for posting on the forums)

Now the question.. at the moment I could either ring up Ea and have my account switched to the email of the first bioware social account which would be a fair bit of hasstle involving automated phone systems which I really can't be bothered with. The second option is could any Bioware admin swap the names around for the accounts? I am happy to prove I am the owner of both of them.

My last question involves a possible 3rd option. If I were to delete both accounts would it be possible to create a new 3rd account with the email I want and the display name I would like to use.
For exmaple... if I deleted both accounts would the display name and email become free again to create this possible 3rd account?

Basically EA runs the site, as owner of Bioware. So any real changes like you are asking are probably only within the means of EA support personnel. Best bet is contact EA.com Support live chat and have a go.

I did the exact same thing just now.

I could delete the two accounts, but then my post will be without users, which in this case would be the greater of two evils.

So the best way to solve is to allow us to change the forum name ourselves as a feature. Maybe with a time limit so people don't change identities daily.
