Does Wrath of the Elvhen have FF on Nightmare?

No, don't worry about that.

Exactly. In fact the only BM spell that does FF is the upgraded Blood Slave when it explodes.

Wrath of the Elven and the associated Ensnare skill do not have FF. They are very nice skills.

Ok I read it, but I don't get it. What's a doom timer.
This spell is still able to rip my whole party apart, it's not that safe.

no, the only time the effect possibly will not do ff damage is if the timer is allowed to expire on a target that was successfully enslaved. however, there is a random element to this specific event which we have yet to identify.
