Everytime I login to my bioWare Account on Internet Explorer 9 it keeps on logging me out.

I was going to start a topic about this, but found this thread...
Internet Explorer 9 sucks. In addition to bad session handling with this forum, it also has compatibility problems with Google sites (especially Gmail). I switched back to Google Chrome, and I'm better off for it.

It doesn't happen only with IE9, and the devs have been looking into the issue. See this thread.
Jeff has found out what's causing the problem and is trying to fix it; meantime, the suggested workaround is to clear your cookies and restart your browser. Unfortunately, this temporary solution is a bit hit-and-miss for some people.
