Yeah Bioware, we want a free 20-hour expansion that expands the story where all the party's voice actors return and we want it now. Don't rush it though! And don't recycle any maps cause lord knows recycled maps make the game unplayable and Origins didn't do it at all(*snort*) so there's no excuse.

:P

That dlc could be about the other companions leaving Hawkes side like the dwarf said in the end video. Reasons and causes. More adventuring in the hills to get things done. Plus I want to see Merril again.

A free DLC? Now that is something I would love to see.... If you read a lot of posts in the forums you'll find that a lot of people think this way:"Bioware rushed DA2"Meanwhile most of them also say:"When is a new DLC coming out? Hurry up Bioware!"So as you can see, those people are contradicting themselves. A lot of people on this forums are saying that they didn't like DA2 cause it was rushed but they also want Bioware to release new content quickly, therefore rushing it.

That problem with your post is the assumption that the same people are saying both things.

My guess is that the people who are saying, "Quit rushing out half-finished, half-arsed products" are NOT the same people who are saying, "Hurry up and give us DLC!"

In fact, if I had to guess, the people who are saying, "Hurry up and give us DLC for DA2" are the faction that were, more or less, quite pleased with DA2 and the people who aren't clamoring for DLC to DA2 are the faction (like me) who were extremely disappointed in DA2 and are in no particular hurry to spend any additional money on the game in the form of paying for DLC.

I wouldn't mind some DLC but I'm of a mind that good DLC takes time. I'll bide my time.

I don't mind waiting for the DLC. What bothers me is that they haven't said ANYTHING about it.

Don't guess.

I was "quite pleased" with DA2 overall, but I'd rather wait for a good DLC than a rushed cr*ppy one. And a good 20 hours expansion would make me very happy, no matter how long it'd take.

But what you're talking about is people willing to pay for a DLC vs. people who won't buy a DLC, which is not the topic at hand.

Besides, "faction"? There are people in the middle, you know.

While I would certainly like to know what they're working on in terms of Dragon Age II, I'm perfectly content with the wait. The developers should take all the time that they actually need to make things right in the future of DAII and beyond (even though I think that they should take more time to make the core game of DAII right before anything else).

A throw out like the photos Mike Laidlaw posted is nice, but unnecessary. I just want quality products in the Dragon Age universe again, and I will accept silence in the announcements department if that means focusing more on the development department.

In that part you are correct, there is no one that didn't like DA2 that is waiting for DLC, maybe I didn't say what I meant properly. I meant people that didn't like DA2 but can't wait for DA3 and are telling Bioware to release it quickly, those people are all over the forums, and they are demanding the impossible.

I liked DA2 a lot, going to buy DA:O in a couple of days from now and after reading what everyone says in the forums, I'll probably join your faction pretty soon:P
