He attempted to talk to me about the sex thing, but I put him off with the "now's not the time" thing. Will he approach me again, or am I screwed (or not screwed  lol)?

I don't think he does try talking to you again.
However, you can talk to him about it, and still do it.

I'm pretty sure turning him down for the tent, when he approaches, cuts off the romance. Someone with a toolset can confirm or deny.

Well blast it all. He always goes on about how he's a virgin, and never acknowledges that you are. Oh well.

No, it doesn't break the romance, but you do take a pretty hefty approval hit.

Mosly because the game doesn't assume you are a virgin. Remember, aside from one coversation with him, the subject of the Warden's sex life never comes up.
