My MDN spent the night with Mardy before his exile, and started up with the "Of Noble Birth" quest. Once she's accepted into the Harrowmont house and I name the kid, is it possible to marry her? Is there some sort of Mardy mod? In Awakenings, both Keegan and Kristoff were married, so Grey Wardens can get married. Just curious. Thanx.

Nope, no explicit option to. Though if you chose to return to Orzammar at the end I suppose you can presume you marry her if you like.
