I bought the Black Emporium DLC on the PlayStation Store prior to the PSN outage, and when I switched to playing on Mac it came over with me (as did all my unlockables).
During the outage I bought the All-class Item Pack to use on my Mac, but now it doesn't appear on my PS3. Is this supposed to be the case - would I need to buy them again to use on PS3? Or is it something to do with the outage? I'm still signing in with the same account.

For the premium content they made it easy and made it so it essentially went with any version of the game, so getting it wasn't overly difficult. However the DLC you could purchase was unique to the version. Thus if you bought it for Mac, you'd need to buy it for PS3. Or so I believe. It was the case for Origins anyway.

Yes, I believe you need unique purchases on each platform for DLC. However, I suspect if you contact EA Customer Support they can assist you better with that side of the system.
