Yo, Ken the FUNi dub is fine or well about as good as we can get.

Funimation is hit or miss really. I've seen some bad shows from them (when they are cheap) or pretty great one's when they actully put money on it. But still not close to the big ones.  But 4kids....thats like....hmm. Saying your going to eat some pasta, and really its something you just threw in the microwave with just the same picture.

No matter if its called the same, it won't look or taste as well, as cooking it to by hand. But it says its the same on the box. You go to 4kids when you want the cheapest rates. Minus the god aweful voices at least they didn't screw up Naruto much while they had it...dunno if they make the shepuden dub still though...don't keep up with Naruto anymore.

4Kids never had Naruto it is done by Viz(still is).

On FUNi"s site they have some episodes of the One Piece dub up so you can see for yourself if you like it or not.

Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds. Weirdly, I had what can only be described as a crush on Aramis (the spaniel). I was only about 6, though

Dungeons & Dragons. The thing that got me into - well, Dungeons & Dragons. But I never saw the end. Did they get home?

Spiderman, Iceman and Firestar, can't remember if it was called that. I loved this. Firestar was my nom de plume every year at primary school at Eisteddfod time. Not exactly anonymous after the first year, however ...

These days, pretty limited to the odd episode of South Park or The Simpsons, and some Pingu with my kids (I know it's not exactly a cartoon, but Pingu is great and always deserves a mention :3 ).

''Digimon'' (Cried while watching the last episode ;( ), ''Pokemon'' (knew every single one, the junior phase and how it's called, the adult phase same thing, why, God knows.. I even had two albums with stickers completely full and I was still buying them, for what purpose, dunno), ''Iron Man: Armored Adventures'' (one season I think still has to come out, but by that time I'll forget what it is about), ''The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy'' (Grim Reaper ), ''Codename: Kids Next Door'' ( I remember singing KIDS NEXT DOOR, KIDS NEXT DOOR, TU TU TU DUM DUM, and people were like ''Whaaaat...?'' o_o Ah, Good times, good times.Then the older ones like Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, etc. I watched a lot of cartoons, I can't remember all of them, It'll take an eon.

Viz really? Damn...well they are hit ormiss too. But to my credit the last time I watched the dub was back when we still had Toonami,  (miss that block) so what...4-5 years ago?

I remember I only watched like maybe 7 eps for it, and well some dude on the Otaku Army forum told me I had no idea what I was missing, so I humored him and watched. Told him he was right *sobs*  J/king well he was right. And from then I watched the subs on youtube only. But that was back when Youtube was cool, and not google tube.

Naruto Shippuden as of now is on Disney XD.

But yeah the dub was not all that good but then again Naruto the Manga as it went on it started to suck so no big deal.

Yeah the whole ninja versus Zombie nija thing is just...ugh. And speaking of CN, I just don't get adult swim now. I mean is it "In" now to be dicks to your viewers and insult them? As well pretty much all of the caption shorts do, praticularly anime Fans, who if not for them Adult Swim would be just another forgotten network block.


And yeah its on Disney XD, I was like...wait...disney? Anime? Wut? goes to prove my point no network hardly sticks to its programing.

I think CN lost a boss who was big into Anime and that's why we had tons of Anime shows but with him gone no more.

I watched too many cartoons when I was younger I'll try and recount the ones I remember: Rugrats, Teen Titans, Rocket Power, Spongebob, Hey Arnold (which I still watch occasionally) Arthur, Pokemon (still re-watch the older ones) CatDog, The Wild Thornberries...pretty much whatever was on Nick in the late 90's.

I used to watch Tenchi Muyo on Toonami, I remember coming home from school and putting it on. I had no idea how much they censored until I watched the OVA! I used to watch the dubbed version of Sailor Moon as well. I'm actually glad that was pulled off the air a while back, the only way to watch that show is with subs.

I don't watch many animated shows now, I love animated movies but there aren't many good animated shows out there now. I'm an avid Avatar fan, and I will occasionally watch Tenchi and Hey Arnold

Ugh plenty of shows they did that too, then they put on the self made crap that is well crap, and costs next to nothing...I wonder why...hmm. Or reruns of other shows no one else wants, and what really grinds my gears is that toward the guard changing and currently they keep anime on at ungodly hours. Some of us have **** to do and can't watch TV at 3am.  And it all was done so they could go   "SEE LOW RAITINGS!!!" I mean thats like if I make a new pizza, thats outselling my other cheaper pizza thats getting a bigger profit for me even though alot less people eat it or want it, and I go, fine you know what guys this new pizza is crap and here's my proof, see the sales for today?  Only 5 people bought it, and I assure you it has nothing to do with being able to only buy it at 4 am.
 
I mean alot of networks now have people in them that HATE the type of programming thats ment to be shown. Like Sci- opps "Sy Fy" the head of it stated they hated scifi and wanted to "Open the network up."...Most of the movies they make are pretty much stolen idea's from the Almarist...oops "History" Ch.

It has alot to do with Comcast, NBCU and Turner network, as back when anime was kicking it in the prime time slot, it collectively was stomping the **** out of late night TV and well a good majority of what it was matched up against.  But we can't have that, crappy talk show hosts need to make the crap load of money they do....at times I don't get this country, can be a General with billions of dollars in equipment and tens of thousands of men, and only make 100 K a year. Meanwhile be someone with a huge ass chin or a pretty face, sit behind a desk, and cha-ching Millions! Then they all just copy each other, show crappy re-runs or shows that only get a few people watching an whine about raitings and money.

Ah well enough of that rant. Then again most TV is crap now. I rarely find anything worth watching anymore.

I for the most part was thinking of the Avengers show Disney with that post it's a hit new show for them and they take care of nice and all that, if it was on CN it would be dead by now.
