I've contacted EA for this problem (three times already). But nothing led to a solution. They have given me a new code, which i did succesfully redeem. But when i reload that registered game content page the content is still not listed. I've also checked so many support/FAQ pages that i lost count. It has been two days now, and i still can not activate the content.
I've also asked EA if it was possible for them to add these packages to my registered content list or to add the right amount of BioWare points in order to 're-buy' these packages. However, they said they are not able to do so. Which actually sounds like a strange thing to me, as they do manage the dlc codes and the support page leads to their site.
Is it possible for BioWare to help me with this problem? I can send photographs of the insert, game box, discs, serial code if needed.
Also, are there other people who are experiencing the same problem i have?
UPDATE: Contacted EA support again, this time I was supplied with working dlc codes, so my problem is solved.
