Asari must actually be mammalian, despite their appearance, and baby asari must come from somewhere, hence a birth-canal.

i'd assume so, while maybe not exactly the same shape and "style" as a standard humans though.

though since they have the same body type as humans its easy to assume it'd be the same size and general shape. though aside from that, its well impossible to know.

They have mammaries to feed their young, and birth canals to birth them. It's safe to assume that they have similar sexual and reproductive organs, but probably different erogenous zones.

Of course, asari probably have similar, if not the same birth canals as humans. And they have breasts for the same reasons as well.

They're supposed to be "humanoid" - if that term is even valid in the ME universe for species similar to humans

Asari have penises and vaginas. The nerve system connection is between the penis and vagina (parts with large nerve clusters afterall).

This is an interesting question that I doubt BW will ever be able to take seriously on the basis that many immature fans will see it as "pornographic", while smarter fans will describe it as merely educational.

From what I've deduced, Asari have at least some sort of sensitive cavity between their legs---very roughly the equivalent of a vagina, and probably an anus--or waste disposal organ as well.

My guess is that the azure is the Asari's vagina-like organ.
