My wife installed these mods yesterday and I thought they just looked WOW!. There are many variations to each weapon category and all daggers are in sets of two. Here's an example using two mages, a warrior and a rogue with the new weapons sets. Really nice detail:

Yes it is, but even then, a few of the default in-game weapons are over-the-top as well.

YW, and enjoy, I actually played a few quests with the different looks and I must say, theya re nice looking. This guy put a lot of time into these since there are so many variations.

I love this mod. Totally endorse using it. "Fenris' Scythye" is now that companion's permanent weapon. Kicks so much arse.

Nexus accounts are all free. The only pay-for service is a premium subscription for faster downloads (that I know of anyway).

Yep free to join, just have to pay if you want faster DL and no adds when you DL, but that is not a big deal. Great weapons, might just have to do another playthrough with them

Glad this link finally got around to BSN. This mod shames the official DLC item pack regarding texture quality. This should set the bar in terms of what EA customers expect from item-related DLC.

Not trying bumping the thread, but the creator of the mod I posted here made a "final cut" so to speak. it is a large download (113MB), but he added a ton of new weapons, including bows and axes and some of them are just downright off-the-wall awesomeness. Don't know how well it works or if there are issues as me or my wife have not used them (not playing the game anymore), but the images posted in his Dragon Age Nexus file are pretty amazing.

Thanks to the wife for showing me this, so I can share this bit of news.
